The end of the school year is almost here! I cannot believe just how fast this year has gone by, my first year as a Kinder-mom has been a whirlwind, to say the least. My daughter absolutely loved her first year of school, she has learned so much and has made such great friends. She wanted to give her little friends a going away gift, so I made these cute treat bag tags that we will print out and give to her class on the last day of school.
I made these as free printables that you can download yourself at the end of this post.
These would be so cute for classmates, summer camps or even your kids favorite teacher.
“To My Favorite Bookworm, Don’t Forget To Read This Summer”
We filled these up with some gummy worms. I got an 8oz bag at Walmart for under $5. If your kids have a large class then you can get gummy worms in bulk here.

These will work with either a snack size bag or a sandwich sized bag. I accidentally bought the sandwich bags this time but I was still able to fold them at the top and staple the treat bag topper on.
To make these treat bags, print out the PDF which will give you two treat bags on each 8.5 x 11-inch sheet. Cut out and fold printable over sealed Ziploc bag filled with gummy worms, staple each side of the tag to the sealed snack bag. These are ready to give!!
