We are back to reality after our whirlwind 6-day trip with Disney. There is so much I want to share with you all. If you were following us on Instagram then you know that we were filming for 4 hours one day for a mini-promo video for Disney. It should be done in 3+ weeks or so and I cannot wait to show you all when it’s ready!

Our plane left at 5:15 AM which means we were up by 3 AM, while that might seem difficult it was actually pretty easy. I think it was all the excitement and adrenaline pumping because we could hardly sleep! We arrived in Orlando at 8:45 AM and took Disney’s Magical Express to our hotel.
We stayed at the Grand Floridian, which I had no idea how beautiful this hotel was before we arrived. It was GORGEOUS! This is a deluxe hotel in the Walt Disney Resort and it was truly an amazing experience! You are treated like royalty here. When we left the kids said they missed Disney, but they also said they really missed the hotel! Everything is so convenient and right there as soon as you step foot out of your hotel room. There is a 24-hour quick service restaurant that we ate lunch at on the first day called Gasparilla Island Grill.
I can only say so much about this hotel, which is why you have to see it for yourself – one of the reasons why I started doing VIDEO! Words can only go so far, you just have to see how beautiful it is. We were greeted and made to feel at home as soon as we arrived.
As mentioned before, in our announcement post on Instagram, we were flown to Florida and invited to visit Disney, by Disney, for the #DisneyFamilia media event, so that afternoon we had a scheduled Influencer Team dinner at Epcot, which you will see in our next vlog. We ate at Marrakesh in Morroco and it was amazing! We got to meet all the Disney Event & PR Representatives and we even got to meet the team behind the Disney app My Disney Experience, which completely enhanced our trip. We were able to do so much with that app, everything from making reservations, checking wait times on rides and even using it to get directions to where we needed to go. I am so grateful that they have all this now that I’m a parent, I mean, how did my parents ever manage without it years ago?
