Maintaining my breastmilk supply is super important to me, even though Lennon is now going on 13 months he is still breastfeeding multiple times a day and in the evenings. But there’s more….not only is he a picky eater but we also recently found out that he is allergic to everything (wheat, corn, dairy and peanuts), so everyday it’s a challenge trying to get him to eat what he can eat. My breastmilk supply is now even more important because he is growing and needs to maintain his weight which has plateaued since he developed his allergies.
I have tried many things to help boost my supply, but today I am showing you what I attribute to helping me see an increase in my supply almost overnight. I would say literally within 24-48 hours!
