Bodice is a fashion line based in New Dehli, India and the winner of the 2014 Vogue India Fashion Fund. The designer Ruchika Sachdeva believes that “fashion is an exceptional way for people to construct and challenge their individual identities”.
We have a few items from this line and they are all so lovely.
The clothes are minimal and elegant. They are soft and comfortable.
The girls were excited to get dressed up!
The fashion line uses indigenous materials and techniques used around India.
Bodice has an exclusive line for kids that is available only at Indelust. We absolutely LOVE the matching styles. I mean this is why we all want little girls right? 🙂
The girls loved modeling the clothes and couldn’t get over the fact that they looked just like mama. They are wearing about the same size right now so they had fun playing dress up in each other’s outfits.
This is our first matching outfit but it definitely won’t be our last. 🙂
I wore the White Gathered Skirt with Belt with the Asymmetrical Pleated Blouse.
June is wearing the this white skirt and this pleated blouse.
Scarlett is wearing this velvet cotton tunic dress.
The Bodice line is available at Indelust. Their mission….
“To stop the cycle of economic disparity and promote ethical production processes that will best provide a sustainable living for artisans from this region.”
