Tyson Chicken Dippers Recipe #shop. Free Meal Planner Printable.  Meal planning used to be so difficult for me when it came to trying to prepare meals for everyone in our family. And once it seemed like we had gotten a process down, the following week would come and the meal planning would go by the wayside and we were left trying to prep a meal last minute or just finally deciding to order out. Being a work at home mom, my days can get crazy, trying to maintain the home while also being a full-time mama. Some days I wake up knowing nothing is going to get done, and keeping the kids fed and happy are the only priorities that day.

“What are we eating for dinner?”

Some days it was the question of the day, Some days I would dread it. I was determined to change that though, the added stress of trying to come up with a meal last minute just wasn’t good for anyone.

Find a download to this meal planner that I made to help us better prepare. I have to say that it was such an easy change to make yet it has made a HUGE difference

I need quick and easy so this is what we whipped up for dinner tonight.

Chicken Dippers with Zesty Chili Sauce

Tyson’s Crispy Chicken Strips

1 tsp Tone’s Chili Powder

1 cup sour cream

1 avocado

I prepared the chicken by popping it into our toaster oven and went by the packaging instructions. To make the sauce I mixed the sour cream and chili powder first. I used 1 cup of the sour cream and 1 tsp of Tone’s Chili Powder. Then I mashed an avocado, and added about a 1/4 cup of mashed avocado. The flavor of avocado can be overpowering so I only added a small amount.

The hubby loved it!

And honestly, he is sort of a picky eater, along with my daughter. The chili powder does not make it spicy, it just gives it a little zesty flavor so she liked it too.

It came out dee-lish and…it was super quick to make!

Now for the next 6 nights. 😀

I am hoping that this meal planning will help me tackle more of my daily to-do list, so that I can worry less about dinner, and have more time just being mama.

Meal planning is a great idea, plus it saves so much money. I have also loved using my crock pot for meals. Prepare them the night before and they are ready to cook the next day.

This is a most excellent post. The old saying that a way to a man’s heart is through his stomach is so true in our house. My husband LOVES his mealtime and is lost without it, on days we’re in a hurry (sport schedules and such) this would be fantastic!

I haven’t had Tyson chicken (anything) in like forever. Today is food shopping day I might make this since it’s so easy to do. If I do I’ll be sure to post instagram photos. 🙂

Thanks for the nice dip recipe. We like avocados so this should be a hit with my family. Sometimes a mother needs a break when it comes to cooking so this is a good way to eat well and have a break from standing over the stove.

That is a great dip recipe. And I love how the photo was photobombed by the dog. That happens regularly with our cats!

This is a topic that has been on my mind a lot lately because I struggle with it too and most of the time I just want to say forget it and order take-out. And I would if it were healthier and I were rich. Thanks for the great advice and recipe.
