After being out of breath from just getting out of the car, and finally waddling my way into Wal Mart, I found myself looking at those motorized carts just sitting there with no one around to use them. So I decided that today was the day I would be using one of these awesome inventions. I am 30 weeks pregnant and feel bigger than I did at 9 months with R, so I think it’s pointless to list out all the aches and pains I am feeling at this point.
I must say how surprising it was how easily your mind jumps into helpless mode when on one of these things. I suddenly could not get up to walk two steps to pull something off the shelf, instead I used the backup button which triggers a loud beeping noise to warn people behind you to get out of the way. I had to remind myself at times that I could still use my legs. Never did I think I would be using one of these things but I must say, they are a life saver. I think shopping would have been left up to the fiance’ had these not been invented. Cheers to the motorized shopping cart!!
