I love that we can get a quick meal delivered right before heading out to dance class. Happy Meals have been our Tuesday afternoon go-to. [AD] Day of the Dead or "Dia De Los Muertos" is a Mexican holiday celebrated on November 2nd by people of Mexican heritage all around the world. It's also a time for family and friends to gather and celebrate and remember those who have passed before us.

relived my childhood this weekend. halloween @sixflagsfiestatexas. the kids dressed up, well partially because it’s still hot here. but we sat on a hill, ate some popcorn and watched the fireworks show. the same hill that I sat on with my parents when i was little. the kids had a blast.
gotta give it to you six flags your halloween show was pretty amazing.

weekend recap. got totally soaked on rides @sixflagsfiestatexas it was finally under 90 degrees and being outside was bearable. the character meet & greets were a little different in that you couldn’t give hugs 😢 but we got close enough for photos. masks were required but weren’t to bad. we wondered how it would be for rides and wearing it a few hours but we could do it again! my only cry was that i couldn’t get pictures of the kids faces on the rides. 😏 how was your weekend? did you do anything fun?

It’s so easy to feel lost during this time. My k

It’s so easy to feel lost during this time. My kids went to school one day in March and didn’t realize that when they said bye to friends and teachers that it would be the last time they would see them for a while. Our normal went out the window from one day to the next.
So when I get the chance to give my kids a little bit of that normal back and I see big smiles on their faces, it means the world to me. #ad I am so happy to be partnering with @mcdonalds McDelivery for Hispanic Heritage Month. my sweet sunshine girl. I took her to Hobby Lobby yesterday and all she picked out were Christmas decorations. This girl is already playing Christmas carols in her room and has written 3 letters to Olivia the elf. (Swipe right). She has a whole setup on her dresser and is already counting the days until Christmas. 🎄🤗

i’m sure i’m not the only mom that has recently put on a few extra hats these past few months. (math teacher, PE teacher) how are you all doing?? i feel like we’ve adjusted pretty well. there are some crazy days, but the good thing about homeschooling is that you can take each day as it comes and make changes as needed.

one thing i don’t have to worry about though is getting the day started with a good breakfast. the girls have so many favorites from @momsbestcereal that we switch it up everyday. I was also so happy to see a Gluten Free cereal my son enjoys!
