I made this hair detangler a while back, when I was pregnant with Lennon, but I never got around to sharing a post about it. I’ve been using it for the past several months on both my girls and myself and it’s seriously one of the best DIY’s I’ve ever attempted! I love it, we use it every single day and it leaves our hair so soft and it smells so good too. And I love the fact that it’s made with all natural ingredients too!
So better late than never, I thought I would share the recipe now.
Recipe
1 part Aloe Vera gel
1 part Vegetable glycerine
5-10 drops Lavender essential oil
Here’s a video I made a few months ago for the tutorial, I think I was about 6 months pregnant here. 🙂
I get all my supplies from Amazon. You can get the vegetable glycerine here.
If you want to read more on essential oils check out my oils page here.

July 9, 2016 at 1:10 pmOh wow, this looks SO easy! My hair is suuuuper thick, and all the way down to my bum, so it tangles pretty easily-especially after I get out of the shower! I would seriously feel so confident using something so natural in my hair! Thanks for sharing <3
