We went to the pumpkin patch yesterday to pick the perfect pumpkin. The kids picked out some adorable small pumpkins to decorate and my husband picked a big one for carving. I think he spent a good 30 minutes walking around the pumpkin patch to find the perfect one. 🙂
Rather than take photos at the pumpkin patch like last time, I decided to do a video instead. I just got a Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II because I heard it was the best and the standard in vlogging. The best part about it is the flip screen because in an instant I can be recording my kids and then I can flip the screen and record myself. In addition to this, I also got a Joby Gorillapod so that I can take it with me. I have a large tripod that I have for my DSLR but I wanted something portable and this was a perfect size. I used it at the pumpkin patch for the family clip at the end. That’s all that I have right now, I really want to do more video and I’d love to get something for indoor lighting. I am excited to do more video! I hope that you subscribe to us over on YouTube. I fell in love with video when I was home editing the short video I had from our family cruise with Royal Caribbean, you can see that post here.
