My girls love to snack. They ask for snacks throughout the day, all day, everyday… 🙂 So I am always on the hunt for quick and easy snacks for them to eat but are wholesome and good. Yogurt is one of our favorite snacks. From early morning to late night snacks before bed, the girls love to eat it. Our favorite is the Yoplait® Greek 100. You might have seen our Whipped Lemon Berry smoothie recipe we whipped up the other day. We love Yoplait® because there are so many varieties in flavors and the Greek yogurt is loaded with protein so it keeps them full. We love to try out different combinations of fresh fruits and even essential oils to come up with new recipes.
The other day we made the trip to Walmart and picked up some Yoplait® Greek 100 Key Lime Yogurt. The Key Lime is so delicious! My girls like to drink smoothies, so we tried a new smoothie recipe and everyone LOVED it! I personally love Yogurt smoothies for breakfast because it’s quick, easy and filling.
Lemon Lime Smoothie
1 cup Key Lime Yoplait® Greek 100 Yogurt
1 drop lemon essential oil
1/2 cup Soy Milk
1 cup ice
Blend all together in a blender and serve!
